Your individual marks/votes are private at launch: public profile pages do not show who cast a specific mark/vote.

Aggregate mark/vote counts are public. We intend to make individual marks/votes public at some point in the future, and you should not cast a mark/vote unless you are comfortable with that mark/vote later becoming public.

You may use retarded or not to search Twitter accounts, cast marks/votes, and view public aggregate verdicts.

Do not abuse, disrupt, scrape, impersonate others, bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service or these terms at any time.

The service is provided as is and as available, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free.
